We are offering the international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are one of those countries, refund would be made.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Our Store are not responsible for the missing packages due to these following reasons: Incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. (Please make sure that the billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. PO.BOX Address is not allowed) ; after the delivery is signed by the receiver; the courier of the shipping company could not contact the receiver.

CUSTOMS

Q: MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT".

A: For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 3 business days without tracking information, please contact us. ( service@xctee.com)

 

Q: WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

A: For the logistical reasons, items in the same purchase might be sent in separate packages.
